Native Media is a marketing company looking for self-motivated call center customer service agents.
Responsibilities:-Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls from fresh leads-Qualify prospective customers-Transfer prospects to appropriate client
Rate of Pay: $12/hour to start $15/hr possible after 60 days if attendance, performance and quality standards are met.
Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm. Lunch from 2:00-3:00. 2 paid 15 min breaks per day.
Friday 9am - 5pm. Lunch from 1:00-1:45. 2 paid 15 minute breaks.
One year call center experience preferred but not necessary
Clear speaking voice
Ability to handle high call volume
Ability to be on time for work
