ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolves customer inquiries and questions regarding tax related concerns
Face-to-face contact w/taxpayers in Lobby, assisting in all facets of Customer Service
Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list
Data entry into CRM system
Educate taxpayers on customer specific information
Contacts customers to gather market research
May be required to work overtime to support the needs of business
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer applications
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
