About the Organization Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.(TTC) is a full-service behavioral healthcare organization that provides high quality, cost-effective substance use and mental health treatment to adults and youth. TTC operates a psychiatric hospital engaged in detox and stabilization (this is not a locked facility), residential and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment centers, adolescent drug treatment centers, and family medical clinics. Description

On-call Counselor needed. Will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in the Outpatient TX Program. Duties include facilitation of groups, assessment, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention and progress note documentation. Position requires individual be registered and/or certified with one of the state-approved addiction counselor certification entities or masters level BBS registered individuals. Prior experience preferred in a behavioral healthcare setting working with substance use/co-occurring disorders. Knowledge of the SAPC, SAGE, ASAM criteria preferred.
