DOE Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks. Functions include: responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation and state specific standards and compliance deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES Audit/Quality control as per Lender provided guidelines Timely delivery of closed residential loan files to various lenders for funding Check-in closed files into computer system with accuracy Stack and audit closed loan files up to 300 pages Ability to understand all recordable documents and to identify them Ability to handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email Ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail are crucial Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi task and meet deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members Strong customer service skills Solid alpha numeric data entry skills   Position Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS H.S.
