Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Provides office support to Supply Chain with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Routine duties:
Daily maintain process of work orders with live updates / in process/ complete and follow ups
Daily Work order Syspro status update
Daily communicate any delays / issues to customers associated with fulfillment of the work order. Maintain record of communication
Weekly touch base with customers for open order report
Daily communicate to planning for on time production and packaging schedule vs. ship dates
Daily communicate to QA/QC for on time products release schedule vs. ship dates
Assist purchasing with admin duties to follow up with suppliers, as needed
QUALIFICATION:
High school diploma plus 1 year of administrative experience
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, advanced preferred
Computer Savvy
Excellent written and verbal skills
Detail Oriented and organized
