This internship is with AMC Networks in Santa Monica, CA, but is part of the Academy Gold Program, an 8-week internship enhancement program that incorporates learning opportunities including an intensive two-day orientation, weekly panels, exclusive networking events, workshops, screenings, and mentorship opportunities with Academy members. Position Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Internship in Production Services is a research heavy position, working with the WE tv development team to conceptualize and brainstorm new show ideas. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of the reality TV landscape and pop culture/celebrity gossip and trends. This candidate should be a self-starter and not afraid to share ideas, as this position will require pitching your own show ideas and sharing your opinions with senior staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Working knowledge of word, powerpoint, excel, all social media platforms

• MUST be a fan of reality TV and have interest in pop culture trends and celebrity gossip

• Preferred majors: TV, Film & Media Studies
