Quality Management Director - Autism

We currently have an immediate Full Time opportunity for a Quality Management Director to join our organization supporting the Autism Service Line.

Position Summary:

The Quality Management (QM) Director is responsible for supporting and promoting Easterseals UCP's mission, vision and values and the Rights and Personal Outcomes of people served. This will enhance and improve Easterseals UCP's efficacy, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. The QM Director provides regular on-site and remote support for communities and program offices specific to the Autism Service Line and oversees all Quality Management and Improvement activities for that service across the state.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the regulatory compliance, operations compliance and associated education of Easterseals UCP's Autism directors and staff.
  • Communication and collaboration with funders (MCOs, commercial insurers) to ensure contract compliance as it related to the operations of autism services across the state.
  • Provides regular, on-site consultation to Autism programs statewide to ensure operational consistency; provides training, guidance and support on assurances, compliance and improvement efforts.
  • Collaborates with QM Directors in each community's PCE goals as they relate to Autism services.
  • Identifies risk indicators and submits data for analysis to the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Facilitates and participates in Internal Review Team, Internal Risk Assessment and Process Risk Assessment ad-hoc committees related to Autism, as needed.
  • Assists with the development of new and revised policy and procedures in compliance with state regulations for Autism programs.
  • Coordinates individual Personal Outcome Measure interviews for supported individuals.
  • Oversees and coordinates audit and recoupment activities.
  • Participates in and helps facilitate quarterly Quality Management Committee meetings.
  • Reports to -Chief Compliance Officer on development of quality improvement initiatives related to Autism.
  • Other duties as may be assigned relevant to the Mission of the agency and purpose of the QM program.
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in a human service field from an approved, accredited institution;
  • Five years’ experience in human service delivery with at least two years in a supervisory role or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in regulatory compliance as it relates to provision of autism services and evidence based practice fidelity measures.
  • Current, unrestricted, state-appropriate driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
  • Preferably, at a minimum, BCABA designation.
