This position is in charge of providing quality service, overseeing food and beverage preparations, maintaining inventory control procedures, upholding alcohol service policies, ensuring clean work areas and supporting concessions staff. Responsibilities Oversees game day and other event operations in concession stands, food outlets and bars. Ensures that the staff is providing excellent customer service. Helps plan and ensure proper oversight of picnics, birthday parties and other special events at LECOM Park. Oversees concessions staff to ensure that they are following all recipes and proper procedures Informs staff about specials, shortages, new products and price changes. Maintains inventory controls and ensures proper inventory procedures are followed. Communicates with Concessions Manager in regards to ordering product for locations. Performs cash handling procedures before, during, and after games. Ensures that proper sanitation procedures are followed to maintain clean and well organized spaces. Assists in ensuring full compliance with all laws, regulations, and procedures regarding alcoholic beverage sales and licenses. Maintains accurate inventory counts and procedures for concessions locations. Responsible for receiving and verification of delivery of product to locations. Ensures that the staff is providing excellent customer service. Responsible for keeping work areas clean, stocked and well organized. Creates and facilitates a fun, dynamic atmosphere while acting as a positive role model for employees. Anticipates, works through, and solves problems with fans, vendors and staff, displaying patience and understanding. Selling products and services, cash handling and managing inventory. Assisting in overseeing game day operations, preparing sales reports and other reporting tools as needed. Provides support to Stadium Operations as assigned.   Position Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age and have 3+ years experience in food service and/or retail sales Ability to work as needed, beginning in January and ending in September Ability & willingness to work early mornings, late nights, long weeks, weekends and holidays Minimum 1 year experience in cash register and inventory operations Desired Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Sports or Recreation Management, Business, or related field ServeSafe and T.I.P.S. certified; First aid, safety, and CPR training Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Prior supervisory experience Fluent in Spanish   Location Bradenton, FL   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Shift Various Shifts   This position is currently not accepting applications.
