Our Team:

Reporting to the Director, Customer Care & Compliance, the Supervisor, Customer Care Communications, is responsible for direct supervision of the Customer Care Communications team; the Customer Care Communications team responds to customer order and product inquiries via email, LiveChat and phone calls; and processes mail orders and mail correspondence.

What you will be doing:

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Care Communications team.
  • Support the team in responding to customer emails and LiveChat inquires
  • Review and streamline processes to improve response to customer orders and inquires
  • Manage the process for data entry, mail correspondence and other written requests.
  • Work together with Compliance specialist to quality review team responses
  • Develop and provide weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Review team compliance and order issues and address effectively.
  • Provide direct supervision to direct reports not limited to regular training, coaching, development, scheduling, time off management and recruiting.
  • Produce monthly team scorecards and deliver to management and individual direct reports during regular 1:1 meetings.
  • Ensure successful completion of a variety of customer service special projects.
  • Work with QC response

What you bring to the team:

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional leadership experience.
  • 6-8 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer applications including Excel.
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Prior nutraceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
