POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION

In this high visibility role, you will source, recruit and interview top talent in sales, engineering, operations, security, software development and information technology professionals. You will utilize sourcing and recruitment expertise via cold calling, networking, Internet mining, direct & indirect recruitment methods as well as other creative methods for attracting high performers. Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver world-class service to our corporate culture. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for satisfactory performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Targets and sources top candidates daily.
  • Review and critique of resumes to match job descriptions.
  • Conduct screening interviews on pre-qualified candidates; provides results of screening interviews and recruiter feedback to hiring manager for determination of candidates to move forward in the interview process.
  • Ensures receipt of application for employment and all other necessary paperwork from candidates.
  • Schedules candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through key attraction and employment opportunities.
  • Conducts and/or coordinates verification of employment, reference checks, criminal background check and drug screens.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Able to be highly confidential.
  • Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to target, access, negotiate and close with top candidates.
  • Execute an established full life-cycle recruitment plan to identify and ultimately evaluate and employ candidates ensuring the candidate, and manager experiences are met with exceptional service delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain candidate relationships across multiple technologies.
  • Ability to understand and articulate a hiring manager's resource requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful hire.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience executing and delivering effective full-cycle recruiting tactics and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit, and select quality candidate for key positions.
  • 2-5 years recruiting experience required.
  • Staffing Agency candidates with 2+ years are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the following: search engines, building talent pipelines, driving sourcing tactics, candidate generation and delighting customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Standard office; extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
