Share Email Opening Title 465 Lead Revenue Audit Clerk  Location WOC Accounting   Description POSITION SUMMARY Job Description: Responsible for auditing all properties operational revenue and performing other accounting functions for the casino. Serves as a lead position to train and support Revenue Audit Clerks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains and distributes reports to department supervisors for collection of over/shorts for cash handling positions. Maintains control of complimentary activity of the Casino. Analyzes reports for comparison purposes and special projects. Completes basic non-gaming audits (restaurant, bar, gift shop) & other simple accounting functions. Trains Revenue Audit Clerks to perform gaming audits (table games, slots) and more complicated non-gaming audits (hotel, events center, coupons). Helps conduct monthly inventory counts. Maintains office and floor computer systems and equipment to ensure proper systems application and controls Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times. Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. Performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: General knowledge of casino retail and slot functions Organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively to management and other sources PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Subject to internal environments, including working in a secured environment, smoking and alcohol establishment. Sedentary work. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
