Description

CUSO Financial Services, L.P. and Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC. are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our fun and successful organization. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to questions related to the company’s software products and services, including dataVISION. dataVISION is the proprietary in-house software for CUSO Financial Services.

The position provides excellent technical customer service support and guidance to internal and external clients via telephone, WebEx and email. Some of the client service related topics include, but are not limited to, dataVISION inquiries, new user set up, training, technical issues, report generation, data upload, and owner changes for contact records. Position also posts announcements and events to the system home page; and may provide assistance to the customer service team and operational departments as needed.

 
Position Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience or training within an technical customer service organization

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

  • Strong technical and computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with NetX preferred.

  • Must have ability to plan and focus on projects and have a general understanding of the investment market and terms. Previous experience working in financial services industry is a plus.

  • Must be self-motivated, independent and have good interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Must also have excellent organizational skills, problem solving aptitude and have the ability to manage/keep strict deadlines is essential.
