Our vision is to get God's Word to every person, and we do this by recording Audio Bibles in every language and freely sharing them using the latest technology. We currently offer recordings in more than 1000 languages spoken by nearly 6 billion people around the world. Position Global Partnerships Operations Manager

The role of the Global Partnerships (GP) Operations Manager is to assist the ministry by managing the daily operations of the Global Partnerships Team, which is responsible for growing and maintaining partnerships around the world. This position serves to provide the needed systems, accountability and support to GP support staff, Area Directors and Coordinators to fulfill the 15-year FCBH goals for Vision 2033.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as operational support and management to a team of Area Directors, Coordinators and support staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Global Partnerships Department. Handle operational needs including leading meetings, approving budgets within given guidelines & timecards, assessing internal staffing needs, hiring direct reports as needed, etc. Meet regularly with team members to encourage, guide & counsel.
  • Work directly with each area or region, ensuring needed support/systems are provided. Work with each area or region to develop goals and metrics on an annual basis, ensure tracking and accountability to agreed upon goals throughout the year.
  • Meet with partners at FCBH and remotely as needed, representing the needs/interests of GP at various meetings, forums, working groups, conferences and partner strategy meetings.
  • Work with all departments of FCBH to ensure the mission and vision of FCBH are advancing on track with the 15 year goals, including agreement acquisition, listening & viewing programs growth, and recordings starts.
  • Represent GP regarding partnership MOUs and Intellectual Property agreements when appropriate and ensure efficiency among GP team members in planning for and acquiring Intellectual Property, MOU's etc.
  • Identify and assist in the implementation of appropriate and efficient processes to facilitate the flow of information and communications with ministry departments: Communications, Development, Executive Leadership etc.
  • Represent funding needs and opportunities to Development and Communications departments and advocate for them appropriately.
  • Encourage and promote teamwork, creativity, growth, mutual respect, care and productivity in GP.
  • Facilitate and promote the mentoring of GP team members, which leads to increased capacity and personal fulfillment.
  • Guide formation and revision of operational policy and internal systems through discussion with team members, other departments and external stakeholders.
  • Present and represent all ministry goals, tools and initiatives internally and externally as needed.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to key countries/regions as needed - building needed partnerships and networks within assigned countries.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy and cross cultural sensitivity to help build strong Global Partnerships.
  • Provide hospitality according to the standards established by FCBH.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements


  • Five or more years management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Demonstrated track record of collaboration, healthy relationships, and team building
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven abilities in decision-making and leadership
  • Demonstration of good judgement, able to quickly discern urgent, important and non-critical priorities and respond accordingly
  • Ability to empower others to implement ideas, goals, and opportunities effectively
  • Ability to maintain discretion
  • Budgeting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to learn technical skills, appropriate technologies, and software


  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • Familiarity with Bible translation and orality
  • Fluency in at least one additional language besides English
