About the Organization  

ATC Eclipse has an entry-level opportunity for an Environmental Call Center Specialist (Response Management Coordinator (RMC)) at our 24/7 Response Center in Agawam, Massachusetts. We are looking for an individual to work 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM and/or Midnight - 8AM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working overnights: Shifts are 6 P.M. – 2 A.M., and/or Midnight – 8 A.M.
  • Processing underground storage tank alarm events
  • Documenting and coordinating responses to petroleum spill incidents
  • Identify, investigate, understand, and relay correspondences to in a timely and professional manner
  • Execute alarm and spill response protocols and communications quickly and accurately
  • Provide professional customer service and support (both verbal and written communication) to clients and ATC personnel
  • Call Center and Alarm Management
  • Input and maintain data into our custom software system
  • Provide assistance to customers taking our online training programs
  • Perform administrative and project support tasks
  • Participate in the occasional department meeting which may occur outside your normal shift hours
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and ATC personnel
  • Initial and ongoing training will be provided
  • Become familiar with underground storage tank remote monitoring software, equipment, situations, and resources
  • Abide by ATC’s health and safety policies and procedures
Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Able to switch tasks frequently and perform each accurately
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, database applications, and Outlook

Technical Requirements:

  • Some college
  • Knowledge of underground storage tank or ATG systems
  • Knowledge of petroleum regulations
