Key Responsibilities: - Driving Brand Education Awareness and Love
- Work with Regional Marketing Manager West on market planning and sampling efforts: offices visits, opportunistic sampling and attending events. Right place. Right time.
- Assist Regional Manager West with SoCal management (hiring and managing BA’s on a weekly basis throughout SoCaL
- Placing all FM SoCal orders and tracking budget in SoCal (LA -2 territories) and San Diego.
- Managing team leads between San Diego and Los Angeles with field tactics and management
- Responsible for reports to Regional Marketing Manager on the status of SoCal markets.
- Planning and developing SoCal hot zone focus zones and working on 30-60-90 key events for SoCal.
- Completing SoCal re-caps and presentations in a timely and monthly manner.
- Tracking SoCal budget on a bi-weekly basis to ensure product, shipping and bottle numbers are on track.
- Work with Regional SoCal Manager on SoCal strategy and development of field initiatives and innovative sampling programs.
- Manager SoCal shipments/placing orders understanding projections for operations and team needs, inventory updates.
- Develop and manage SoCal team leads on a succession program to bring in quality brand ambassadors field team.
- Manage SoCal team activations on a weekly/monthly basis
- Office/Management
- Oversee and manage SoCal team planning and activation and overall management
- Planning out team hot zone focus, where to go, planning all visits for “lunch takeovers”, and interventions, and “live” sampling
- Tracking SoCal budget on a bi-weekly basis to ensure product, shipping and bottle numbers are on track.
- Driving Volume
- Weekly field marketing and field sales team conference calls.
- Attend one route ride a month with a field merchandiser
- Attends top team events and pop up visits at events on a monthly basis
- Attend regional retailer meetings, node meetings with leads and office meetings when asked

- 3-5 Years Field Marketing in Food /Beverage industry
- 3-5 years of management experience
