Share Email Opening Title Mission Planning/Data Integrity Test & Certification Engineer  Description Provide engineering support to Test and Certification of Data Integrity aspects of the U.S. Navy RNP/RNAV installation associated Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS). Responsible for addressing Functional Requirements, Description Requirements, Verification Matrix test/analysis points, and ensuring/testing compatibility. Preparing associated Data Integrity Test Plans. Performing code walkthroughs and testing.   Position Requirements A BSEE or BS in Computer Science plus 3-7years of experience in multiple High Order Languages such as C++, Ada, C and Java. Qualified candidate should have experience with complex data structures and logic, assembly language awareness, avionics knowledge/understanding, and technical writing experience. Test and certification experience is preferred as well as experience working within a competency aligned organization (like NAVAIR). The understanding of Mission/Flight Planning and the SETR process is desired. Experience with civil avionics programs and experience/awareness of DO-200, DO-201, and DO-178 is also preferred.
