Supermarket specific department experience; thoroughly knowledgeable of the products, tools, and operations of the night crew. Strong supervisory and project management skills. Competent knowledge of the basic mathematics of the supermarket business. Able to read and understand the English language with proficiency. Able to meet the standards of Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency of the store. Willing to support the basic values, philosophy, rules, and policies of the company in each of the activities within his or her responsibilities. Must be able to Lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds; Climb a ladder to retrieve product; Sweep and mop floors and maintain all other cleanliness standards. Have sufficient physical mobility to respond to fire and other safety emergencies. Must be able to work in cold and wet environments. Tolerate moderate amounts of dust during routine housekeeping duties. Able to work weekends and at night. Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free.
