About the Job

The Marketing Manager position will be responsible for development and implementation of marketing campaigns, daily operations and continuous improvements driving new customer growth and retention. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is a key member of the direct channel marketing team and will develop and orchestrate multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns utilizing digital, social, direct and email marketing expertise.

This role combines knowledge of the traditional and modern marketing with business acumen to bring increased brand awareness and affinity, lead generation, user experience and audience engagement measured and optimized by thorough and robust analytics. If you posses a strong passion for driving top of funnel awareness, middle of funnel conversions and bottom of funnel retention, this may the role for you.


  • Develop and execute full funnel campaigns, ROI-bottom funnel campaigns, re-targeting, email and social media.
  • Drive PPC campaigns, creation of keywords, ads, campaign structure and campaign settings, initially through agency
  • Strategically plan marketing campaigns to achieve marketing, sales and revenue goals.
  • Develop and deploy ongoing changes to campaigns optimizing performance and ROAS
  • Create and set up social media campaigns including content calendars and automation
  • Manage demand generation to achieve business growth and revenue goals (SEO, Paid, Direct and Email Marketing)
  • Evaluate and drive KPIs through continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and deploy sales enablement tools, messaging and programs improving conversions and goal achievement
  • Develop and operate reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights, manage leads, track activity, ensure quality, and measure marketing and sales KPIs
  • Regularly communicate campaign programs and performance to key stakeholders
  • Manages assigned budgets and works directly with external agencies on development of content and infrastructure, such as: SEO/SEM, digital advertising, A/B testing and reporting, optimizing performance.

Your Skills and Experiences:

  • Knowledge of Paid, Social & SEM strategies, tactics, measurement, A/B testing and online monitoring tools.
  • Identify target audiences and develop digital, direct and email campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Website and keyword analytics tools, setup and optimization including Google Adwords and social campaigns.
  • Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quickly prioritizes workload to take advantage of high-value opportunities
  • Willing to actively seek out new opportunities

  • Able to handle a high volume of work with excellent accuracy, attention to detail and process adherence
