The Lead is involved in the day to day production to ensure the accurate assignment and maintenance of agency tax identifications (parcel numbers) for each contract (loan) under service in accordance with department policy and procedures. Works with staff to carry forward management/department objectives and priorities. Supports the staff through procedural clarification and additional training as needed. Facilitates successful operation of the department in accordance with LERETA’s objectives.


  • Setting priorities for the day to day production required to meet department and customer SLA’s.
  • Effectively plans, organizes and tracks the team’s performance to successfully achieve LERETA LLC objectives within the department as well as strategies
  • Works with Department management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Team Support

  • Supports team to ensure continuous improvement as well as reduction of inefficiencies in the day to day operation.
  • Provides additional training as needed for increased productivity and quality.

Management Reporting

  • Keeps the Department Management team aware of department’s performance and escalates when any concerns arise.
  • Escalate any volume or tasks to Department Management that may impact the compliance or SLAs for the department.

Communication within Internal Teams

  • Assertively communicates status of assignments and any opportunities for improving department’s performance to the appropriate supervisor or manager in the organization.
  • Works with other departments to ensure department goals coincide with their operational goals


  • Distributes department work through department in accordance with SLAs and priorities as assigned by the supervisor or Manager.
  • Manages the TIA team in the absence of the supervisor
  • Manages the day to day queue volumes and communicates pending workload to all team members

Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of searching research.
  • Thorough knowledge of tax searching processes and procedures.
  • Experience in working within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Leadership experience
