About the Organization Red Oak Recovery, a CARF accredited program, is a premier clinically-driven therapy program for young adults and adolescents. We are here to serve clients, families, and other stakeholders through a very difficult time. Our team provides gender-specific treatment for young adults ages 18-30, and adolescent males 14-17 struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Our licensed and experienced staff provide the most clinically sophisticated and integrative substance abuse and mental health treatment available.



As a small clinically-driven program we have the ability to meet each client where they are mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally to design a treatment experience that is unique to them.

Description

Red Oak Recovery® centrally located in Asheville N.C., has three distinctive campuses across the Blue Ridge Mountains. We specialize in the treatment of young adult men and women, ages 18-35, and adolescents, ages 14-17, and are a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program. The leadership team of Red Oak Recovery® is made up of recognized experts in the field of mental health who specialize in the integration of wilderness and experiential therapy, substance abuse, trauma, and mental health treatment. We are always looking for qualified and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping young adults and adolescents through their recovery process, to join our Red Oak Recovery® team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business partners and pursue sales leads and prospective clients
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits
  • Travel and represent company in meetings, national and regional conferences, and trainings
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with all inquiries including families and referring professionals.
  • Build and maintain important client relationships
  • Manage and direct business development team
  • Clear, effective, prompt, and accurate communication with inquiries via telephone, email, or other compliant and secure means Follow closely and understand HIPAA compliancy in all transactions
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and report to executive team; perform market and research analysis twice annually
  • Consistent and detailed documentation in salesforce
  • Report true and accurate information regarding red oak recovery policies and programming to all inquiring parties through extensive knowledge of programming logistics
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, developing new markets, and methods
  • Develop and present marketing and sales reports as needed
  • Work with team regarding marketing, branding, and sales to align with company’s growth strategy.
  • Furnish business development advice, counsel, and general staff support to all departments
  • Uphold mission and values established by the company
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirement:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Extensive knowledge of recovery industry

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirement:

  • Able to communicate 12-Step knowledge and other recovery language
  • Knowledge of varying intervention models
