Description

JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Services, the Program Director is responsible for the development, administration, and coordination of the IRP South Program.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for overseeing day to day administrative operations of Catholic Charities’ Southern Region group home programs.

  1. Ensure program compliance with all contractual commitments and standards of funding sources. All staff and homes must meet or exceed state licensing requirements.

  1. Facilitate program efficiencies in fee-for- service reimbursement environment. Oversee the day-to-day revenue to expenses. Ensure that staff know and understand their budgets and KPI’s; and that group home managers work within their budgets.

  1. Manage non- clinical project timelines, documentation, database, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with clinical PD objectives, program requirements and any expansion initiatives.

  1. Responsible for recruitment, selection, supervision, and development of personnel to ensure the highest quality of residential services.

  1. Work with leadership in writing non- clinical program reports as well as other related program housing grants. Help respond to RFP’s and proposals when asked.

  1. Oversight of the transition to fee-for-service. Ensure that staff understand the concept and have documentation for all services provided.

  1. Responsible for the development, establishment and compliance with Residential Services policies and ongoing program planning as consumers’ needs are identified.

  1. Quarterly random chart audits to ensure policy compliance.

  1. Oversight of the screening, assessment and admission process. Ensure referrals to the program have appropriateness of placement and/or movement within the scope of Residential Services.

  1. Facilitate and ensure that the residential staff (supervisors, specialists, house managers and counselors) function as a team in treatment/service planning delivery.

  1. Demonstrates a shared vision, willingness and ability to actively participate in program expansion initiatives.

  1. Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary and appropriate by the Division Director.
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: A Master’s degree in the Human Services field and a minimum of five years experience, which includes administrative/supervisory experience.

Proposed Salary $80,000/ year  
Schedule Monday- Friday 9-5
