Quality Assurance Documentation Clerk Position summary : The entry level position of Quality Assurance Documentation Clerk is a fantastic start on your new career path! SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Quality Assurance Documentation Clerk will assist in the creation, revision and maintenance of quality controlled documents.   Position Requirements Qualifications required: Attention to detail Good written communication Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point (MS Visio knowledge a plus) Organized and Thorough 3 years of experience Good typing skills Willingness to be a team player Willing and eager to learn Essential functions and responsibilities: Scan documents to appropriate folders in electronic system Organize electronic documents Maintain log of new documents and changes to existing documents Format new and existing work instructions, procedures, process flows, etc. Enter new revisions into secured electronic system Remove obsoleted documents from active folder and save for records Data entry, charting and assisting in presentation preparation Report any potential food safety, quality of food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices Maintains product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems Must Follow All Company Policies and Procedures   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Shift Days   Shift Hours   Position Documentation Clerk   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Req Number ADM-18-00009   Open Date 12/13/2018   About the Organization Cheer Pack North America and its Global partners are the leaders in flexible spouted pouch packaging around the world (think squeezable pouches with fruit purees).
