The Columbia Group (TCG), a technical services support company which has a successful 50-year history of providing the United States Military with acquisition, logistics management, engineering, design, fabrication, test and evaluation, information technology and financial management support services, is seeking a Data Manager. The Data Manager mush have 1o years of acquisition program analyst experience within a DoD Service program office.
Organize and coordinate Navy's data management programs and support Navy's data manager. Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made.
This individual will perform Data Management tracking tasks for a Navy Program Office.
Responsibilites:
Review Contract Statement of Work documents to determine the applicable Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) for the CDRL requested
Manage and maintain several contract data requirements via a Government approved IDE - Integrated Product Data Management (iPDM)
Data entry functions are to create contract accounts, upload individual Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and identify approvers via the database
Generate reports that track the status of contractor CDRL deliveries and Government responses
Coordinate the acceptance/rejection of CDRL comments with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
Coordinate the approval/rejection of the CDRL with the COR.
