The Role

Acceptto is a small startup that is growing and changing with lightning speed. In this environment everyone must wear multiple hats, including this role, which supports the CEO and President, and reports to the head of Human Resources.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Administrative

    • Filing (digital and physical)

    • Event planning and preparation

    • Travel reservations

    • Maintain office kitchen

    • Maintain office supplies

    • Vendor Management

  • Finance

    • Invoice entry

    • Accounts payables/receivables management

    • Processing of employee reimbursements

Who We Seek

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse mix of tasks that may change from day to day. Specific skills and experience that are required include:

  • 1+ years of Office Administrative Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google GSuite

  • Relevant experience in two or more of the following areas:

    • Booking and managing travel

    • Maintaining an office environment

    • Supporting Human Resources

    • Bookkeeping and/or finance support

  • Outstanding verbal and written skills (English proficiency a must)

  • Experience with Quickbooks a plus

  • Collaborative, trustworthy and ethical team player
