Description

To ensure the timely acquisition and accuracy of all Agency data files required for LERETA's on-line systems and reporting cycles. To assist the Agency Relations Specialist in evaluating and employing automated methods of data exchange in support of servicing systems and order volume.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

File Ordering

  • Initiates the timely requests of automated agency information files. Maintain CDA Tracking system to ensure timely order and processing.
  • Requests checks from accounting based on file costs per agency.
  • Packages and issues appropriate requests to Tax Collectors based on ordering information obtained from agencies and stored in CDA tracking.
  • Monitors and maintains CDA tracking for file costs and ordering information.

File Follow Up

  • Controls data acquisition efforts with thorough follow up and documentation in CDA Tracking.
  • Processes and controls the ordering and receipt of Agency data files based on information in CDA tracking and agency calendars.
  • Follows up on files that have been requested from the agency within SLA.

Call Report Verification

  • Verifies call amounts and other quality control reports within 72 hours of file receipt, emphasizing quality and accuracy.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

  • Documents all data order list, quality control reports in a central location recognized by LERETA (SharePoint, company server) without ever exposing or disclosing company sensitive material.
  • Works in conjunction with ARS to support the needs and goal of Tax Operations. Attends weekly huddles held by report processing teams as well as department huddles.
  • Assists the Agency Relations Specialists with monitoring and maintenance of CDA Tracking key components that are necessary for ordering and processing agency files.
  • Communicates status of assignments and opportunities for improving the department's performance to the Manager.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to plan and schedule daily workflow in an organized fashion.
  • Basic knowledge of mainframe and PC based operating systems.
  • Basic data processing experience or equivalent business/technical knowledge.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be organized and adept at efficient storage and retrieval of agency related documentations.
 
Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
