POSITION SUMMARY Position will provide direct support of Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) COR and Program Manager in developing AFCEC/CFSD fuels project packages. This includes development of all facets of Statement of Work, Requests for Funding, and Coordination with Base Personnel for contractor access. You will also be responsible for document management which includes management of contractor deliverables including material submittals, coordination with the Title II oversight for prompt review, and review distribution to the project team. Data management activities will involve the use of the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Portal and Quick Base Data Base which you will be responsible for accurate data management and storage. Position will also coordinate and collect comments from teaming partners including other AFCEC Project Managers, 772nd ESS/PKC Contracting, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Energy), Air Force Petroleum Office, Air Force Major Commands, Air Force Bases, and AFCEC Contractors involved in construction and engineering support. Execution of work will include performing duties to the highest levels of quality, within established corporate policies, and supporting all other client (AFCEC/CFSD) driven initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide direct support to AFCEC Program Manager. Assist in development of new Requirement Documents for inclusion in future Request for Proposal packages for construction/repairs. Develop funding and real property documents. Provide project status updates through the Quick Base Data Management Tool. Perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Fuels Systems SME Requirements include: MS Degree with engineering technical background. Professional Engineer Certification. 15 years’ experience preferred. (Technical certifications can be substituted for three years of experience). Common Access Card holder preferred. Must pass background and drug screening prior to hire.
