Manufacturing Engineer 

Description

Objective:

Provide technical assistance related to the control of new or operating equipment by making changes and / or adjustments necessary in order to achieve its proper functioning. Establish communication with personnel from engineering centers, local engineering and maintenance group to attend situations related to the control of productive equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of security measures according to the area, activity and organizational structure.
• Provide support in the case of new equipment to deliver it to maintenance and production with all operating information.
• Training of these new technologies to the support or maintenance group.
• Documentation of changes and improvements made by the control group.
• Support to the maintenance group for troubleshooting equipment or welding and for the implementation of changes in the equipment (machines).
• Training to the Maintenance group for the improvement and development of skills.
• Analyze and carry out corrective actions of operation / welding problems in the productive equipment.
• Enable and / or modify the Error Proofing installed and / or in the process of installation.
• Comply with Inteva's safety regulations.
• All employees are responsible for each operation being performed in accordance with legal requirements, environmental policy and environmental procedures that apply in their area.
• Provide resources when the SAA so requires.

Profile:

• Finished Engineering Career
• Advanced English
• Experience in welding plastics (infrared, vibration, ultrasound, "Hot Plate" or others)
• Advanced knowledge ininterpretation of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
• Knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC (SLC / 500, PLC5, Micrologix, CompactLogix and Control Logix), HMI (Panel View, Panel View Plus), Networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, DH +), Variable Frequency Drives (Power Flex, SEW, Nordac) ), Vision Systems (COGNEX, Keyence, BANNER, Dalsa)
• Knowledge in solving techniques and problems
