Seeking an AMAZING Project Coordinator for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Project!

We are seeking a real pro to coordinate the diverse components of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center by quality project planning, execution and change control to achieve required balance of time, cost and quality. You’ll ensure timely completion of the project within allotted budgets and that the product will satisfy the program requirements, meet community need and comply with all regulatory standards. Our Coordinator will develop appropriate metrics, analyze information from program outcomes and implement corrections to address deficits in programming. As part of the duties you’ll engage in Risk Management to identify and control risks. In addition to being a fantastic project manager, we are looking for a superb communicator, someone who is influential and collaborative and has a strategic focus and propensity toward action. You will champion this life-changing project in our community and help to bring solutions to the behavioral health crisis in Northern Nevada.

Our Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) Coordinator will manage the process to assess, design, develop, deliver and evaluate the CCBHC project. This position will serve as liaison between the facility and County, State and other stakeholders and a community advisory board to develop and monitor deliverables and project benchmarks. Responsible to gather and analyze data necessary to comply with program requirements and community need, this Coordinator will develop comprehensive project plans and resulting metrics to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. This position will also be responsible to compile data necessary for reporting to overseeing agencies, executive board, and other stakeholders. Ultimately this position will be responsible to work with providers, clinicians and other staff to implement the CCBHC model successfully and provide ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.

Position Requirements

We're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in project management, public health management, business management, social work, or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role with significant project management and program development.
  • Prior experience responding to regulatory agencies, advisory committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent ability to lead and develop goals and evaluative metrics.
  • Adaptable, open and curious to frequent process changes.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Skilled in small group process and managing a full project scope.
  • Understand impact of behavioral health within the community.
  • Experience appropriately handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated understanding of efforts to build community capacity for behavioral health services.
