Property Coordinator 


This position assists Property Managers with administrative work related to the management of the assigned properties. Screens incoming calls from tenants, vendors and owners and processes within his/her scope of work. Performs support work including database management, contract administration, correspondence, word processing and various other projects.

Position Requirements

Detail oriented, organized, exceptional customer service skills a must.  Prior administrative assistant experience preferred -- property management experience a huge plus.  Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) -- Yardi experience a plus.
