The Family Support Worker will work with families to develop and revise personalized Ontario Autism Program Family Service Plans. Tasks will include gathering of information, assessment of needs, development and coordination of family service plans, referral support and skill development. The Family Support Worker will engage, orient and support parents/caregivers from initial contact in the Ontario Autism Program and throughout their service pathway.
