Description

Job Summary

Guest Experience team members are responsible for providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Verify tickets for access to Club and Suite Levels.
  • Work Guest Assistance kiosks throughout PNC Park.
  • Operate elevators throughout PNC Park.
  • Assist and greet guests of PNC Park.
  • Provide a friendly and safe environment for all guests.
  • Provide benchmark customer service.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Customer service experience.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a similar industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Long periods of standing/walking (3-8 hours) and lifting up to 25lbs.
 
Location Pittsburgh, PA  
Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal  
Shift Various Shifts
