Ideal candidates will have experience in FP&A and some exposure to real estate or financial technology industries. This position reports directly to the FVP of FP&A with regular interaction across the C-Suite. Essential Functions Budgeting & Planning - 30% Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis company-wide Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of financial performance to senior management and Executive Committee Build and maintain advanced corporate financial models Develop financial models to assess ROI, company valuation, EBITDA, and cash impacts of capital and software development investments Generate dashboards and provide other reporting and metrics Product Cost and Margin Analysis - 20% Model and analyze unit economics to provide Executive Committee and Board with company-wide product cost and margin reporting Develop complex financial models to asses margin impacts for new and existing products and propose strategic customer pricing for Executive Committee approval. Ad-hoc Projects - 20% Performs ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed Mergers & Acquisitions - 15% Provide support for Acquisition analysis including valuations, advanced modeling, and financial due diligence Financial System Development - 15% Provide guidance, project management, and analysis for financial planning system development including ORACLE Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service, SAP Concur, Salesforce, LERETA internal enterprise data warehouse, and others as needed   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience High level of proficiency with forecasting, modeling, financial systems, data, analytics, accounting, corporate valuations, financial services, and software development. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Minimum 5-8 years combined experience in investment banking, corporate finance / FP&A, accounting with a large audit firm, or financial consulting.
