All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Position Summary Tour Guide personnel should possess a pleasant, outgoing demeanor, as well as, ensure a safe, fan-friendly environment for our guests while providing guests a vast knowledge of Pirate and PNC Park history. The position includes; but is not limited to: providing benchmark customer service, monitoring tour tickets, serving as a source of ballpark information for all guests. They will also be trained to have a vast knowledge of PNC Park rules and regulations. Responsibilities Set-up and take down of all tour items; such as - Clubhouse equipment, theatre equipment, treasure boxes, etc. Conduct tour of ballpark as either 'front' tour guide or 'follow' tour guide Verify tour tickets upon entrance into ballpark Enforce all MLB ballpark entrance policies as they would on a game day Any other duties as assigned by the Tour Supervisor or Guest Relations Manager   Position Requirements Have a vast knowledge of Pirates history Have a vast knowledge of PNC Park including but not limited to; all of the policies, procedures, services and facility locations Must have good public speaking skills Must possess a friendly and out-going personality Physical Requirements: Long periods of standing/walking and lifting up to 25lbs.   Location Pittsburgh, PA   Full-Time/Part-Time Seasonal   Shift Various Shifts   This position is currently not accepting applications.
