Station Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :Establish staffing levels in accordance with VP of Operations, Regional Manager and select personnelDevelop Crew Member skills and evaluate performanceEnsure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to airport functionsEnsure compliance with regulations, policies, hiring, discipline, termination and procedures pertaining to employeesEstablish local service standardsSupervise flight activityMaintain appearance and condition of facilities used by customersRepresent company / clients at airport management meetingsMaintain a high level of professionalismMust be able to perform same duties as required by all positions at station to include,CSA's, Lead CSA's & SupervisorsEmployee corrective actionCorrespond with internal & external entities: assure a timely responseMaintain & provide: payroll, billing, training, hiring and other duties as requiredOther duties as assignedThis list is not all inclusive and a Customer Service Agent may be required to perform duties not identified in the above list
Salary range $40k-$45k
Qualifications:Minimum 3 years airport management/operations experience preferredTwo or Four-year degree preferredLeadership skills/experience, ability to direct and motivate staffExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of Excel, Word and email systemsProven record of budget with others at all levels, both inside and outside the companyMust have previous customer service management experienceValues: Belief and support of QuickFlight's Guiding Principles: Safety, teamwork and to become an elite ground handlerWork Authorization: Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (current or future)Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English languageAble to lift 50 lbs up to 70 lbs occasionallyAble work varies hours, all days including evenings, weekends and holidays• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments/All types of weatherBackground: Ability to provide 10 years of employment, education, unemployment historyBackground: Completion of FBI criminal history check that reveals no felony convictions inmost recent 10 yearsMust be able to successfully pass a DOT pre-placement drug screenMust possess a valid driver's license with 3 yr good driving recordTravel: Ability to travel occasionally
