Marketing Coordinator 


What are we looking for in a Marketing Coordinator?

The Marketing Coordinator has the important task of developing and maintaining a positive public perception of Comprehensive as an organization and a brand. This includes raising awareness of our mission, promoting our diverse range of programs and services, and serving as ambassador for our culture & work climate. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with organizational leaders to develop and implement a marketing plan that supports Comprehensive’s strategic plan. In addition to substantial external communications, the Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for conducting internal PR & communications efforts. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to integrate diverse ideas and goals into a cohesive message, and a collaborative attitude. Strong technological abilities and working knowledge of graphic design, video production, & social media marketing are essential.

Marketing Coordinator duties may include:

  • collaborating with the CEO and leadership to develop a marketing plan for Comprehensive and track progress toward plan goals
  • creating content for our blogs, newsletters, website, and social media channels, and managing related agency accounts
  • producing and distributing the agency-wide internal newsletter
  • designing, writing, and distributing internal & external promotional materials such as the community newsletter, annual reports, brochures, posters, etc.
  • serving as public information specialist for the agency, including managing press relations and coordinating interviews or press conferences
  • representing Comprehensive at community meetings and publicity events such as tours, presentations, open houses, trade shows, local events, etc.
  • working with outside vendors to obtain cost-effective & high-quality services for printing, graphic design, video production, etc. when needed to support & compliment internal efforts
Position Requirements

Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or business-related field. Two years of experience in a related communications role.

Other requirements: Drivers license, vehicle liability insurance
