About the Job: As Human Resource Associate you will be responsible for: Assisting the talent acquisition team with conducting facility tours, performing reference checks, scheduling travel, and planning final interview agendas. In addition, you will be helping to orient and onboard new employees. Other activities will include record keeping, helping with safety initiatives, assisting with payroll and other HR related administrative activities.

Your Profile and Skills:

Knowledge and understanding of employment laws

Demonstrates ability to perform basic project management tasks

Willingness to pitch in and prioritize whenever necessary in a changing environment

Proven ability to learn quickly, problem solve, work in a fast paced environment, and embrace change

Proficient in Excel

Qualifications: 2-5 years of HR experience preferred

The rest of the stuff: Compensation based on experience. Full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K, disability, vacation, etc.
