Job Requirements

  • 3 years prior highline new car dealership, managerial experience is required (BMW preferred). F&I Experience is a plus!
  • Must posess a thorough knowledge of the wholesale market and appraising vehicles
  • Make a professional presentation.
  • Must have stong organizational and closing skills.
  • High energy and positive work ethic
  • Support a work environment that ensures a positive customer experience at every step of the purchase and ownership experience

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Must be able to manage a large staff, as well as keep track of large inventories and oversee reconditioning.
  • Achieve all retail goals by providing leadership and support to sales management and staff.
  • Consistently work to develop an expert sales staff through ongoing training, motivation, and coaching.
  • Ensure correct handling of sales transactions by thoroughly training and monitoring sales staff.
  • Ensure regular use of sales prospecting, traffic control, and lead follow-up systems to increase sales.
  • Monitor performance of client advisors by communicating goals, productivity levels, individual CSI Score ratings and developing work plans, such as daily call reports, weekly result reports, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Evaluate employee performance and provide counseling and assistance, as needed.
  • Maintain high morale and low turn-over by being responsive to employees, developing their skills, and quickly resolving issues.
  • Foster a cooperative team approach with other managers, employees, and departments.
