Our Team:

The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for assisting developing, implementing, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting strategic, business, and financial plans to support corporate executives, programs, projects, and processes. Uses historical and forecast data and performs trend analysis, variance analysis, risk assessments, and business modeling to identify issues and provide guidance and recommendations to management.

What you will be doing:

  • Ability to develop, prepare, and analyze business strategies, budgets and forecasts; develop business case analyses; and perform financial analyses.
  • Ability to assess business performance and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis team in the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Maintain the company’s internal reporting tool or “Enterprise Model”, and consistently update during month end-close, forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Prepare and distribute the Daily Sales report.
  • Distribute monthly/quarterly financials.
  • Assist the department heads with required detailed information of the department’s monthly financial results for key decision-making.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly executive reporting package and executive presentations to BOD.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with all levels of the Organization.
  • Team player; high level of motivation, initiative and willingness to take-on new projects.
  • Ad-hoc reports as needed

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Finance, Business or Accounting, from four-year college or university is a must.
  • Advanced Excel skills, macros, developer, and database building.
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts, Financial Statements and GAAP
  • Financials modeling skills
  • Analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of the Organization
  • Systems savvy

Preferred Experience:

  • MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP
