Description

SUMMARY

Responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of a firm's financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and completing annual tax forms.

PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Prepare financial statements and Reports, including the profit and lost statement and balance sheet.
  • Assist with budget preparations
  • Pay bills and maintain ledgers
  • Assist accountants with tax return preparation.
  • Code payables for accounts payable clerks to input.
  • Conduct invoice activities.
  • Prepare appropriate reports and statements as requested by clients and partners.
  • Collections and costumer follow-ups.
 
Position Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Full charge bookkeeping experience.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Willing to be trained in new software.
  • Willing to expand on duties as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma
