Ensure ticket accuracy and integrity. Direct guests to various locations throughout the stadium. Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the ballpark Monitor assigned area for any hazards/guest incidents. Advise guests on ballpark policies as needed.   Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays.
