Plumber - Lead Remodeling and Construction Plumber
Performs and complete remodels and new installations in a timely manner to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
Performs tasks in a cost-effective manner not to exceed budgets and estimates
Protect and keep owner's property clean.
Complete remodels, primarily bathrooms and kitchens, including: demo, showers, vanities, counter tops, sinks and framing.
Responsibilities:
Proficiency in all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling plumbing.
Capability to manage all phases of the project from start to finish.
Deliver a quality product while performing multi skilled labor.
Work closely with the project manager to keep the project on track.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience in the field
Must be well-versed in all aspects of construction plumbing, at least partial skills in: framing, and drywall.
Must possess the hand tools to complete plumbing work
Knowledge of plumbing codes
Must possess a valid Nebraska driver's license and be insurable
High attention to quality detail - Accurate, efficient and organized

Pay/Benefits:
Starting pay range $22-$28 per hour depending on experience and skill level plus full benefits including employee match 401k program.
Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of residential plumbing construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes.
Proficient at blueprint reading and following directions.
Able to do layout, rough in, finishing of typical projects, room additions and remodeling.
Ability to draw appropriate sketches to communicate details to employees and others.
Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material and labor estimates.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Able to clearly explain steps, provide clear directions and answer questions about construction processes to employees and subcontractors.
Adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process that facilitate harmonious working relationships during project and permit prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they occur.
Organizational Skills
Able to organize progress of multiple employees and trade contractors on a single jobsite.
Able to quickly identify potential schedule conflicts and generate and implement needed modifications.
Able to complete and job notes and relieve materials on tablet as required to document job completion and issues.
Problem Solving
Job requires that alternative solutions be quickly generated to resolve scheduling conflicts, project delays and design modifications.
Working Conditions
99% of time is spent working at job sites. Driving is required.
Physical
Job requires ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction project. Requires ability to climb ladders.
Job requires ability to work with tools, lumber and plumbing materials. Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs for 50 feet is required.
Hazards
