Description

Responsible for managing and developing - select companies/business to be manufactured inside the VF manufacturing centers gainst planned objectives. Focus on value added business and managing individual accounts' profit and loss to meet plan and company objectives in growth and development. New volume must fit into/inhance VF current capacity and capabilites.

Manage key co-manufacturing accounts for planned volume & margin as it pertains to specified customers.

Engage, coordinate, and assist in broad multi VF facility national rollout programs for select strategic customers via project coordinators, customer service, QA, and Supply Chain groups.

Responsible for management of information flow (ie pricing, oil contracts, etc.) through pricing administration and customer service to maintain ongoing levels of customer service efficiencies acceptable to the customer within company guidelines.

Develop and execute actionable business plans in conjunction with individual account profit and loss pro-formas. Maximize results inside RFP/Contract management processes with emphasis on multi year/complex customer agreements.

Coordinate with VF legal and execute contracts/Amendments/equipment agreements required to fulfill successful manufa turing for both Ventura Foods and the customer.

 
Position Requirements

Bachelors degree or food service specialty training or equivalent experience; 5 years minimum experience working in a sales and operational capacity in the food service industry is preferred.

· A strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office programs.
· Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities and tasks, and to meet critical deadlines is essential. .
· Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
