PAI Offers: Day hours, Monday through Friday, 32 hours a week, 64 hours in 2 weeks Mon, Wed, Fri, 7:45am-2:00pm; Tues, 7:45am-3:00pm; Fri, 7:45am-1:45pm Full benefits: PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, life insurance & more! Opportunities for advancement!   Position Requirements Required: High school diploma or GED, 21+ years of age, Pass a OIG and DHS background study and maintain approved status without continuous supervision. Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. Energetic, personable, enjoy trying new things and working as part of a team. Demonstrate strong problem solving skill to support developmental and emotional needs. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, access to a personal vehicle during work hours, valid vehicle insurance. Some positions that involve driving participants will require a DOT physical and a Drug and Alcohol screen prior to starting. Preferred: Experience with persons with Autism Spectrum Disorders/Developmental Disabilities.
