Description
  • Ensures the following goals are met: Meet SLA, Plan Ahead, Continuous Improvement, Exercise Financial Rigor and Manage Performance.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of Teams to provide Extraordinary Service to customers and meet LERETA's cost, risk, and productivity goals.
  • Ensures all customer and internal tax processing standards are consistently measured, reported, and achieved for each team and reported timely as required.
  • Interacts with key customer employees to maintain close and productive relationships. Identify customer objectives and ensure that they are consistently met.
  • Represents LERETA Outsourcing at regularly scheduled customer meetings to address weekly production, accuracy, SLAs, procedural and customer concerns.
  • Ensures employees are competent, have positive attitudes, and are properly and thoroughly trained.
  • Develops and documents workflow procedures and ensure the procedures are implemented and maintained at a quality level.
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies and develop long range goals and objectives.

Manage the payment of Current and Delinquent taxes for multiple lenders

  • Ensures the timely payment current open items by the MPR or ELD date.
  • Ensures prior open are addressed within SLA as set by customer business rules.
  • Reduces or eliminate all losses and penalties to meet set budgetary goals.
  • Manages and control assigned special projects in accordance with the Business Partner requirements.

Participate in the maintenance, development and implementation of disbursement technology

  • Manages and maintains integrity of Web Open Items and Web Escrow Tracking Systems.
  • Submits timely PSR requests and justifications.
  • Assists with developing training surrounding all technology changes to current systems.

Assist with management of Disbursement Unit Budgetary Goals

  • Assists manager with the annual budget and monthly reforecast.
  • Manages to budgeted overtime.
  • Maintains reduction of penalty loss.

Manage performance of the teams

  • Provides and manage weekly, monthly accuracy goals to team members.
  • Ensures team adherence to all internal and customer SLAs.
  • Recommends and implement plans and actions to develop individual employees.
  • Ensures all assigned employees receive appropriate job training.

Ensure understanding of all customer business rules, procedures and contracts

  • Works with compliance team to ensure all changes to existing business rules or procedures are understood and communicated to teams.
  • Ensures requirements, SLAs and special instructions are adhered to within department process.
  • Provides feedback to management on issues or concerns regarding requested changes to current business rules or procedures from customers.

Additional Duties

  • Responsible for data entry, escalating issues, maintaining accurate documentation and following established guidelines to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and achieve department success.
  • Follows established guidelines and identifying opportunities for process improvement to align individual performance with department objectives.
  • Responds to Account Manager or Customers inquiries timely.

This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department.

 
Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years tax service and/or loan service experience or 12-18 months experience as an Outsourcing Services Lead or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
