An inside sales representative works at the sales counter inside our retail store and is responsible for servicing and selling to both the professional contractor and the project-oriented homeowner. A passion for continual learning and GREAT customer service is a must.
Experience in the residential building industry is REQUIRED (and hourly rate is based upon experience level). It is imperative that candidates are willing to learn and capable of maintaining current knowledge of all products and services offered by Mans.
Candidates must be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional as they assist customers with a variety of different home remodeling projects.
Work Environment
This job operates in a retail and warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, bar code scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is customer facing position and qualified candidates will be required to use their arms, hands, legs and back regularly. This role would also require the ability to lift, bend, walk and stand as necessary, as well as lift 10+ pounds consistently.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some Saturday work will also be required during peak season.
