Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the voice of Stanley Steemer. You will be primarily responsible for inbound and outbound customer telephone calls to schedule carpet cleaning and related services.

You must be fully capable to present Stanley Steemer services and products via phone and email. You will also be responsible for obtaining accurate order information from the customer.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be able to exercise your interpersonal and social skills. One thing is certain-when you work for Stanley Steemer, you work for the industry leader. Position Requirements

A Customer Service Advisor should be:

  • Computer literate
  • Contain strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible to work in various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
