Travel Plaza EVS Tech II 
Description

SUMMARY
Perform various routine maintenance assignments. Maintain and keep Travel Plaza clean, sanitary and functional at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Welcomes guests in a friendly manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
  2. Cleans facility, following set cleaning schedule, ensuring entire area is cleaned in accordance with policies and guidelines.
  3. Clean & restock windshield centers, pumps and trash cans.
  4. Sweep and clean front walk way.
  5. Clean and maintain restrooms and showers.
  6. Keep the gas bays, parking lot and sidewalk clean and clutter free.
  7. Wash inside and outside windows.
  8. Clean fountain drink areas.
  9. Sweep and mop floors.
  10. Report any equipment found to be unsafe or broken immediately to manager.
  11. Provide general maintenance service, assemble fixtures and install shelving as needed.
  12. Treat icy or snowy sidewalk and parking lot.
  13. Treat grease/oil stains.
  14. Doing minor repairs, painting curbs and addressing safety hazards.
  15. Be available when needed in all areas of facility for quick clean-up of spills, accidents, etc.
  16. Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
  17. Performs additional duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.

 
Gaming License Food Handler's Card or ServSafe.Liquor License from the Able Commission.Must possess a valid Driver's License.
