Directs the FoodService sales and marketing activities of the So. California, Arizona and Hawaii Markets. Responsible for managing and focusing sales agencies and/or territory managers assigned to their region(s). Responsible for attaining sales objectives as set by their FFS VP. This includes focus and actions on all key initiatives set by the company. They will attain these sales goals through their own sales efforts and by management of sales agency staff. General sales focus aligned to drive value-added higher VM sales.


  • Responsible for building distribution and sales of total Field FoodService products in a particular geography.
  • Responsible for developing, managing and executing sales plans in a particular geographical market to achieve volume and variable margin goals.
  • Works in unison with VF CAM(s), to drive sales to key operators on value-added products. Close work with pricing team to manage operator programs.
  • Responsible for managing assigned sales agencies in their geographic region. Gaining effective alignment on all sales goals; including active participation and leading sales training efforts in their region.
  • Manages assigned distributors, including growth, marketing plans, margin management, marketing events, and sales promotions.
  • Manages regional costs including operator promotional activities, distributor marketing and accrual programs, sample and coupon expense and a T&E budget.
  • Works with additional team members as necessary, such as commodity, customer service, pricing team, non -commercial, National distributor team and other company functions as necessary, to achieve company goals.
Position Requirements


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in FoodService sales
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience with top tier distributors with an emphasis in strategy and growth
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills to interface with customers
  • Proven leaderships skills
  • Travel 20%
