LERETA is currently seeking a Tax Processor II - Client Care Box for the Dallas, TX location to join our dynamic team of hardworking professionals. Tax Processor II Procures tax status for various properties according to department policies and procedures within SLA. Handles routine calls and correspondence with taxing authorities to validate tax status. Meets daily production and submits report to management on a daily basis. Adheres to department production and accuracy expectations. Identifies imminent loss situations and inform management promptly. Performs a variety of clerical functions. Updates simple data within internal system to reflect accurate data within required SLA. Handle Client Care Box Assists clients via email/telephone with questions/issues within required SLA.
