Share Email Opening Title Supervisor  We are RMC None Specified  Description Job Summary Supervisor ensures that the Smoke jobs are scheduled and processed in a timely manner with instructions from the Smoke Project Manager. Interaction, orally and in writing, with various corporate and branch departments are necessary for performing various duties. Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep and condition of the warehouse and its vehicles. Reports directly to the Contents Processing Manager. Key Responsibilities Core responsibilities for the position are as follows: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers regarding work orders and daily activity via phone and email Support and occasionally assist the Project Coordinator in their daily tasks of scheduling and coordination of crews to perform inside and outside work, when necessary Confirm that payroll has been accurately calculated and submitted to Payroll Department Performs initial jobsite visits to set up crews and visits existing jobsites to quality check the work performed by crews just to obtain an update on the progress Conduct daily review with the warehouse production Dispatch and ensure external crews are departing on time and be the point of contact for all crews with any update Provides Lead Technicians with an Equipment List to perform required work and ensure its return Provide a daily updated information or pertinent issues / concerns regarding jobsite progress to Project Managers   Additional Information Central Contents Processing Division   Location Hayward   Territory -   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Req Number CON-18-00015   About the Organization Restoration Management Company, Northern California's largest emergency service / restoration company is a growing, profitable, privately held company headquartered in Livermore, California.
